RoxanneFront Office Manager
Roxanne joined the Frazetta Chiropractic family in 2011 as a chiropractic assistant with 15 years of experience in the medical field behind her. Roxanne sought a position in a small private practice where she could be more involved in all aspects of managing a practice, as well as interact with patients. In fact, she finds her relationships with patients to be among the most rewarding of her work here. Roxanne also enjoys the small community of Sarver where the residents, she says, love Dr. Mike, which makes her job even more gratifying. She knows first hand how it feels to be a patient. She sought chiropractic care for many years, which was helpful, but she credits Dr. Mike with taking her care to the next level, relieving her symptoms and helping her to feel much better overall. In her personal time, Roxanne enjoys gardening, boating and kayaking, biking, reading and spending time with friends. 'Dont sweat the small stuff' and 'always be yourself' are two rules that she tries to follow.
Pam joined Frazetta Chiropractic in 2019 as a chiropractic assistant. It was Dr Frazetta's commitment to his patients and the family-like atmosphere that immediately attracted Pam to this role. As someone who enjoys being closely involved with her community, Pam strives to bring that same sense of community and support to her work at Frazetta Chiropractic. Prior to her current role, Pam spent 17 years as a manager for a natural pharmacy and holistic wellness center, where she greatly enjoyed interacting with patients and supporting them on their wellness journeys. In addition to her experience in the healthcare industry, Pam also has nearly 25 years of experience in retail management. When she is not working, Pam enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, volunteering for her church and visiting Italy.

CarolCOE (Commander of Excellence)
As Dr. Mike's wife and partner, Carol has been instrumental in the development and growth of Frazetta Chiropractic.
Born and raised in the south, Carol met Dr. Mike in Atlanta when he was a chiropractic student at Life Chiropractic College in the early 1990s. Following a one-year externship in Chicago, Carol and Mike located to Pennsylvania in 1993, where she was instrumental in helping Dr. Mike and his brother, Dr. Sebastian, establish their first practice in 1994 in Cheswick. Carol took a leave in 1995 to raise the couple's two children and, later, built a successful real estate business. She rejoined the practice in 2007.
Today, Carol manages the billing, credentialing and marketing for the busy practice and works to stay up-to-date on changes in the healthcare and insurance industries. Her work in the office, coupled with the health of her two children, who have received regular chiropractic care since birth, serve as daily reminders of the value of preventative care and the importance of the extraordinary work being done at the practice.
Carol has a true appreciation for living and working in Sarver and values the friendships that she has established since moving to the area in 2001.
